This is a safe place to ask me anything you want about ALL THAT HE WANTS (Volume 2) – and you can let ‘er rip with spoilers. I’ll answer individual comments as best I can, and I’ll address the best comments in the body of the blog post.

If you have not read ALL THAT HE WANTS (Volume 2 of the Billionaire’s Seduction) – if you have only read up to All That He Requires (Part 4) where Connor and Lily first meet Miranda and the Templetons – then, for the love of God, LEAVE THIS PAGE NOW, because you will ruin all of Volume 2 for yourself.

Seriously. If you haven’t read Volume 2, go now! Quickly! Before you See things you cannot Unsee!

…still here?

Okay, you’ve been warned…

Here’s something I wrote to a reader in an email:

Yeah… I know some people didn’t like having Volume 2 not being all wrapped up… but part of it was, I wanted to leave myself something to work with if I ever do another book. I ended it where I did because, for me, the whole thing about the entire series was, “Will Connor commit?” And when he did, everything else was kind of anticlimactic.

And I figure Miranda is such a potentially good villain that I didn’t want to waste her with an “Oh, yeah, she made a stupid mistake and got caught.”Β  (First rule of BATMAN: never, ever kill the Joker. He’s too good a villain to throw away.)

Originally, I just wrote that scene in Part 4 where Miranda comes in and holds Vincent’s hand – that was her first appearance. Then I thought, “That’s stupid, she should be more dangerous… what could she do that would be creepier?” So I wrote in the scene where she stalked Lily. At that point, I hadn’t even come up with the blackmail plot. And from there, Miranda just kind of took on a life of her own. I don’t even feel like I’ve scratched the surface on her character yet. She’s a true sociopath, someone with no empathy, who enjoys toying with and destroying other people for the fun of it. Well… that, and for money.

So yes, if I do the next book, I’m going to have to come up with some sort of epic cat-and-mouse chess game, with her versus Connor and Lily. Which kind of scares me, because I have no idea what that’s going to be like.

But there will be a wedding in that one, I promise. If I do it. πŸ™‚

Why is Ryan Miller stuck on Kaitlyn… I want Derek and Kate to be back together, but it seems a bit difficult now…….

    • Hey Neha!

Haha – you are the first person I’ve heard from who still likes Derek at the end of Rock 2! Most everybody else wants to strangle him – or worse. πŸ˜€

Good news – Rock 3 should be out on Thursday or Friday November 20th or 21st! I’ll know more as soon as my editors get finished with it this weekend. If you haven’t yet, definitely check out the Billionaire’s Seduction series. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AMIH8Y6 I think you’d like it.

Thanks so much for reading my books, and I hope you enjoy Rock 3!

  2. Just out of curiosity, why did you decide to have Connor propose at Lily’s office? It was very unexpected. I was expecting Connor to do something over the top for the proposal.

Please write another book about Lily and Connor. I was sad when the book ended because I didn’t want to say goodbye to Lily and Connor.

    • Hi Mei!

Good question. It was purely a matter of wanting to build up the suspense and the drama. I knew if he took her to a secret location or a really awesome place, the reader would anticipate it – and I wanted it to be as big as surprise as possible. (Which is also why I put in all the stuff about Lily worrying if Miranda’s thugs killed/kidnapped him, Johnny, Sebastian, and Anh – to throw the reader off from what I was planning.) I figured I could either go with an over-the-top, amazing, blow-out proposal – or I could go for the really emotional, make-you-cry proposal. (Or hopefully make you cry.) So I went with the surprise version.

So many people have written in saying that they loved the book overall, but were disappointed not to have a wedding (and that Miranda’s still out there), that I’ve decided I definitely AM going to write one more book tying everything up. It will be a little while – I’m going to finish the Rock Star series first – but I will definitely be writing it. πŸ™‚

Thanks so much for reading the books!

  3. Ok Olivia, just finished volume 2 and it was Awesome!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write another one to finish it all off, I WANT MORE LOLOLOL!!!!!!

    • Hi Christa!

I’m so glad you enjoyed it – thank you for letting me know!

After the outpouring of readers saying they loved the story overall but were disappointed not getting a wedding (or seeing Miranda get brought to justice), I’ve pretty much made up my mind to write one more book tying everything up. Now I just have to figure out how to do it. πŸ™‚

Thanks so much for reading the books!

  4. Omg what an ending! I just wish there’s a continuation of it like what happens to Vincent and Miranda and the templetons. Oh and also connor and lily’s wedding and maybe kids?

    • Hey Joy!

Haha – I’m glad you enjoyed it! Well… for a sneak preview of what I’m thinking, check out the above addition to the post. That’ll give you a ‘peek behind the curtain,’ so to speak. πŸ™‚

Thank you so much for reading the books – so glad you enjoyed them!

  5. I really enjoyed this series of books. I really hope that you do write the Billionaires Wedding. I will be looking forward to it in the furture. Maybe we will find out more about Miranda and the Templetons. I also love Johnny and Sebastian.

    • Hey JoMary!

(Is it JoMary, or Jo-Mary? I think on Facebook it’s Jo-Mary… anyway, sorry)

Thank you so much! Thanks for letting me know – I’m so glad you enjoyed them!

  6. I bought the book this morning and took the day off to read it. Loved it very much. I only wish there had been a wedding. I know that in reality weddings don’t mean happily ever after but in my heart I feel it would mean they would be. Silly I know but I guess that’s why I’m hooked on books like yours. I look forward to continue to follow your writings. You really are talented. Congrats.

    • Hi Melba!

Thank you so much! I’m so glad you enjoyed the book!

I know what you mean about the wedding. I can totally understand that – and a lot of people feel exactly the same way. And actually, for the record, Connor and Lily WILL have a happily ever after, no matter what. I know what you mean about real life, but I think – whether I write the next book or not – that they’ll live a long, happy life together.

But, at least I have something to work with if I do the new book. πŸ™‚

Thank you so much for all your kind words – and thank you for reading the books!

  7. i havent finished reading the book yet but its getting very interesting! im loving it so far but when i looked at the end of the book it said about you were leaving it open to write another one well have you thought anymore about it? i just got to the bit where lily left connor! πŸ™ cant wait to find out what happens next! ive never been soo into a book before hard to put it down lol

    • Hey Milly! I won’t say too much until you’ve finally finished the book… but I’m only in the very, very beginning preliminary daydreaming stages. Like, I have no idea whether to make it a big suspenseful drama, or how much action, or… yeah, I just don’t know. In fact, I’m not even definitely doing it. If I can’t come up with a killer plot, I probably won’t. I just hate saying goodbye, so I left the door open. πŸ™‚

      • ok thanks im sure it will finish great the way im enjoying it now. will let you know once ive finished. its like real life i dont wanna stop reading about them ha owell it cant go on forever but i have enjoyed itso far
